Luke's ITECCO Journey.
I joined ITECCO back in March 2018 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Before starting my career at ITECCO I was a Kennel worker with a Degree in Conservation, struggling to find work in my chosen career path. I had a few months of experience training in recruitment before I was offered the opportunity to join ITECCO and my life completely transformed.
Early Progression.
Having received a few months of training before starting, within my first month at ITECCO, I had a target on the board which I hit and managed to qualify as a Recruitment Consultant. I continued to consistently hit my targets and in October 2018, I was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. In early 2019 I was given the opportunity to get my first trainee and start growing a team of my own. I was then promoted to Recruitment Manager in July 2019, and finally to Divisional Lead in March 2021. I now manage a team of 14 recruiters.
I believe my success at ITECCO is down to having the best consultants I have ever seen around me all day every day, the support that I have received from management, and the ambition, drive, and force of ITECCO. I truly believe that these factors and ITECCO’s environment make you as ambitious as you possibly can be.
