The Brief
The client needed a senior network engineer for their office in Westwood, MA. Before approaching us, the position had been open for over 6 months. They were unable to source a suitable candidate during this time and it was becoming ever more urgent to get it filled, so they reached out to us for assistance.
The Delivery
ITECCO sent a shortlist of candidates over within a couple of days and arranged initial interviews. Several made it through to the final stage, of which one was decided as the standout engineer and therefore successful in securing the position. The whole process was completed within the same month that the brief was received.
