​Connor Walsh is the founder and Managing Director of ITECCO Recruitment, which he started in 2017. Connor has grown ITECCO from 2 to over 60 employees across two offices, soon to be establishing across the pond. Within 4 years, Connor has made ITECCO the youngest company in 2020 to feature in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to work for.

​Connor’s background is in Recruitment, and he studied at the Peter Jones enterprise. Connor also scooters to work and is an avid golfer. As our managing director, Connor has a passion for our people, developing them and helping them achieve success and the goals they set.
