Account Executive - Fully Remote (Uncapped Commission $300k-$1M)


Position: Account Executive
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: Uncapped Commission (Upwards of $300k - $1M) + Excellent Benefits


A well-renowned Managed Services organization, which has been established for over 60 years, has an exciting new opening for a fully remote Account Executive. They are known for their inclusive, flexible, and welcoming environment, seeking individuals who prefer being seen as a person and an integral part of daily operations, rather than a number (yes, even whilst working remotely!).


This position will have you responsible for building relationships with new clients, and ultimately, ensure they have a successful and complete experience using your platform! They need someone who has advance technical knowledge, and has several years' experience with direct sales, that is personable, energetic, and has a passion for building and retaining strong relationships.


This job will suit those with previous technical experience who are now looking for the opportunity to build their client book from any territory, vertical, client! This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be rewarded for the work you put into keeping customer satisfaction levels high.

Responsibilities include:
* Building long-lasting relationships with partners and understanding their environments.
* Liaising with partners to understand their future product requirements/road mapping.
* Create and build new clients and maintain existing relationships through emails, face-to-face meetings, or outbound calls.
* Liaising with other teams within the company to ensure partners are supported as needed.
* Provide solutions while assessing clients' technical issues

Key Skills include:
* Required: Recent/Current VAR experience (B2B).
* Technical understanding of computer hardware, software cloud and services (Veeam, VMware, Lenovo, Microsoft etc)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain customer relationships
* SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
* Previous experience working as an AE on enterprise accounts
