IT Manager - Andover, MA - $150K + Bonus
Position: IT Manager
Location: Andover, MA
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus (up to 30%) + Excellent Benefits
Well renowned across the US' eastern states as a longstanding Private Equity firm, this organization has been established for 15 years. They have a new, exciting opening for an IT Manager to be based out of their Andover, MA headquarters to coordinate projects and oversee the daily operational activities across the IT Department.
If you have undertaken an IT Manager role previously, you will be aware that this position offers a whole lot of important and exciting responsibilities including: key stakeholder rapport building, business strategy/re-structuring of processes, project management, technical staff organization, driving performance and motivation, incident management, and ultimately, keep all company IT Systems online and highly available.
Their environment is well structured yet there is no 'red tape', and you will be given a lot of responsibility to implement your own practices and lead the team how best you see fit.

Managerial/Strategic
* Technical team/MSP relationship management
* Coordination and implementation of new technologies
* Strategic guidance and oversight of current and future IT infrastructure
* Escalation point for issues and delegation of tasks
* Process evaluation and improvement implementation
* Ensuring networks and systems are running at optimal performance
* Vulnerability management and Cyber Security
* IT Budgeting and Forecasting
Technical
* Windows Server 2016 - 2022
* Active Directory
* Office 365 (inc. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Citrix XenApp
* Networking and Cyber Security Awareness
* MDM
* MFA
* SSO
