Role: IT Support Account Manager
Location: Downtown Manhattan, New York, NY (Hybrid, 2 days on site a week!)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
We are seeking an IT Support Account Manager to join an IT Managed Service Provider in Down town Manhattan, New York, NY. This role will be based mostly remotely, with two days in office a week in their downtown office.
This client has an initial budget of $65,000 - $80,000 for the salary, but can be flexible for the perfect candidate. There is also an end of year bonus tied to both company and personal performance, usually 10/15% of your yearly salary.

The role is looking for candidates right away to start as soon as possible, with interviews ongoing this week!
The role is a client facing position, and will see you interacting with key stakeholders in both the project and teams daily. Making great communication skills an essential for the position.
Candidates will need to have experience with the following:
- Previous work experience within an IT Managed service provider
- Previous experience of customer facing roles
- Tier 1 IT Support or a baseline knowledge of IT Support
- Basic networking, Computer OS or Cyber Security knowledge
- IT Budgeting and vendor management
- Excellent written and spoken English
