IT Support Analyst - Boston, MA - $70K
Position: IT Support Analyst
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Well renowned in the US and globally, this business boasts a $600M turnover and 30+ offices worldwide which service their large customer base. They have a new, exciting opening for an IT Support Analyst to be based out of their Boston headquarters.
They need someone to help support their internal user base and IT systems. You will be the initial point of contact in helping to resolve all technical issues both remotely and desk side. Alongside these duties, you will also be involved in some project tasks when there are requirements for new rollouts, upgrade, or migration work.
What this Position Will Entail:
* Working alongside senior members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system
* Supporting a medium-large sized user base
* Deskside and Help Desk support
* Upgrading and maintaining the company's infrastructure/systems
* Assisting on project tasks
Knowledge and Skills Required for the Position:
* Windows 10 deployment and support
* Mac OS X support
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Office 365
* Experience in Desktop and Laptop Support
* Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive (desirable)
