IT Support Engineering Manager - Boston, MA - Hybrid

Position: IT Support Manager (MSP)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid: 1 day in office each week)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Amazing Benefits

Interview Process: 1 Stage (Technical and HR conversation)

A long-standing National IT Service Provider which has been established for over 20 years, is currently expanding and on the lookout for an IT Support Manager to join its senior team.

If you are someone who loves mentoring engineers to their full potential, and supporting major projects, this role is for you! You will have plenty of opportunities to have leadership experience in deploying new technologies, taking charge of cloud migrations, and automating system upgrades and maintenance tasks.

You can be a proven manager, happy to get their hands dirty from time to time with escalations etc. or you can be looking for the smooth transition into a more leadership focused role... gaining incredible mentoring experience and business operational skills. They would like to hear from you.

Experience with the following is required:

  • Office 365
  • Azure or AWS
  • Networking experience
  • Server Management
  • Previous management experience
  • Prior MSP experience (Desirable)
