Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Algona, WA
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
An online retail business which has been established for 20 years has an exciting new opening for an IT Support Specialist to be based out of their Algona, WA headquarters.
They need someone to help support their internal user base and IT systems. You will be the initial point of contact in helping to resolve all technical issues both remotely and desk side. Alongside these duties, you will also be involved in some project tasks when there are requirements for new rollouts, upgrade, or migration work.
What this Position Will Entail:
* Working alongside senior members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system
* Supporting a medium sized user base (250 end-users)
* Deskside and Help Desk support
* Upgrading and maintaining the company's infrastructure/systems
* Assisting on project tasks
Key Knowledge and Skills:
* Windows Server administration
* Windows 10/11 deployment and support
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Office 365
* Azure
* Experience in Desktop and Laptop Support
* Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive (desirable)
