IT Support Technician - Kirkland, WA - $65K

Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Kirkland, WA
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

An established Professional Services firm has an exciting new opening for an IT Support Technician to be based out of their headquarters in Kirkland, WA.

They need someone to help support their internal user base and IT systems. You will be the initial point of contact in helping to resolve all technical issues both remotely and desk side. Alongside these duties, you will also be involved in project tasks when there are requirements for new rollouts, upgrade, or migration work.

What this Position Will Entail:
* Working alongside the most senior member of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues via email, phone, or ticketing system
* Server and System Administration
* Deskside and Help Desk support
* Upgrading and maintaining the company's infrastructure/systems
* Assisting on all project tasks
* Supporting a small/medium user base (100 people)

Desired Knowledge and Skills
* Windows Server (up to 2019)
* Windows 10 and Mac OS
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Microsoft / Office 365
* Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
* VMware vSphere (desirable)
* Network setup and troubleshooting
