Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE + Bonus and Excellent benefits

My client is a Managed Service Provider in the education sector, serving over 80 schools, they're looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team as soon as possible and on a permanent basis. You will be part of a highly technical IT Support Team, ensuring servers, networks and systems are maintained, administered and supported to a high level. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting various systems, meanwhile displaying a high calibre of customer service.
You will learn off more senior members of the IT team through projects and day-to-day work, liaising with various internal teams and vendors.
For this position, you must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
