Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Bridgeport, CT (Hybrid - 3 days working from home)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE and Excellent benefits

My client, a market-leading Managed Service Provider, is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join their IT team as soon as possible and on a permanent basis to service their 100+ clients. You will be part of a highly technical IT Support Team, ensuring servers, networks and systems are maintained, administered and supported to a high level. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting various systems, meanwhile displaying a high caliber of customer service.
You will learn off more senior members of the IT team through projects and day-to-day work, liaising with various internal teams and vendors.
This position is on a hybrid basis with 3 days working from home! For this position, you must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
