IT Support technician - 2nd tier - W2 Contract to Hire - Hybrid working
I am currently working with a Charity based in the center of Philadelphia to assist them in their search for a contract to hire 2nd tier support technician to work on their helpdesk. The role will be through W2, and our vendor will supply benefits, etc for the position.
The role will see you working in their modern offices working for a charity to help make a real difference in Philadelphia and around the US! The role will see you supporting between 45-55 users, dependent on seasonal hours, working in a team of support technicians, with 3rd tier technicians to assist you for escalated issues.
The role is for 37.5 hours a week, and is available to work remotely for 3 days a week, with 2 days a week in their office. This will also be reduced as you are in the role for a longer time to only be onsite when essential.
Commercial experience with the following is essential for this position:
- Hardware support for Laptops and Printers (preferably Dell)
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Azure (or other cloud platform)
- Office 365
- Networking (DNS or DHCP or IP etc...)
