IT Support Technician - Austin, TX - Hybrid
Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 + Excellent Benefits
A successful and nationwide Managed Service Provider, that is well-established for over 30 years, is on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join their ranks. This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work environment, surrounded by a company that truly values its employees.

Duties:
* Upgrading and maintaining the company's infrastructure/systems
* Supporting a small to medium-sized user base (5-100 people)
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents and problems
* Occasional onsite travel for project tasks
* Desktop Support
* Assisting on all project tasks
Desirable Skills:
* Windows Server 2016-2022
* Windows 10/11 and macOS imaging and support
* Microsoft 365
* Active Directory and Group Policy
* VMWare and HyperV
* Network Security and Firewalls (Ubiquiti/Fortinet Preferred)
* Networking (R+S, Configurations)
* MSP Experience
