Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Worcester, MA

Contract Length: Initial 3 months with a view to extend
I am currently working with an inspiring client of mine who is looking for additional support on their IT Support team in the form of an IT Support technician!
This role will initially be for a W2 contract for around 3 months, with a high chance to extend the contract, or will become a FTH.
This is a fully onsite position and is within the education sector, so appropriate background checks will need to be made. The hourly rate on offer is up to $33 dependent on experience.
The role would see you working alongside their 7 other IT support technicians, managing their helpdesk and supporting Tier 1 and 2 tickets.
The role will be hands-on, working directly with end users, carrying out computer deployments, and managing their networking. This is mostly a customer-facing position, so experience of deskside support and good communication skills is essential.
This role requires the successful candidate to have commercial experience with the following:
- Windows Environments supporting Office 365, Active directory, and further windows applications
- Experience supporting Mac's with OSX
- Outlook or Exchange
- Kandji or Jamf
- Supporting mobiles and tablets with InTune
- Service Desk and onsite support experience
- Great communication skills, working in customer-facing roles previously.
