Role: IT System Engineer
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE + Bonus and Excellent benefits

My client, a market-leading Managed Service Provider, is looking for an IT System Engineer to join their IT team as soon as possible and on a permanent basis to service their 100+ clients. You will be part of a highly technical IT Support Team, ensuring servers, networks and systems are maintained, administered, and supported to a high level. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting various systems, meanwhile displaying a high calibre of customer service.
You will learn off more senior members of the IT team through projects and day-to-day work, liaising with various internal teams and vendors.
For this position, you must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Key Skills: -
* Windows Server 2012 - 2019 administration and support
* Office365 support
* Network Troubleshooting and support
* Virtual Servers (Hyper-V and/or VMWare)
* Windows Operating Systems
* Active Directory
* Hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Endpoint Protection
Platform (EPP) solutions (Sentinel One preferred)
* Microsoft Azure
* Google Workspace Administration
