RealPage Support Specialist
Position: RealPage Support Specialist
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Full Benefits
A longstanding real estate investment organization which has been established for close to 40 years is on the lookout for a RealPage support specialist to join their team. The position will be undertaken on a hybrid basis, working occasionally out of their Boston office alongside the comfort of your own home.
This is a new position, created due to the company's recent implementation of RealPage Property Management Software. They need a dedicated support person to provide reactive support to any technical issues, train staff on how to use RealPage modules, assist on further implementations and customizations, collaborate with 3rd party vendor support when required, and maintain user documentation.
