Role: Senior Service Engineer
Location: Edmonton, AB (Fully on-site)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (Can be flexible)
We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join an IT Managed Service Provider in Edmonton, AB. This role will be based on-site at their modern offices in the North West of Edmonton, with some potential for travel to client sites.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IT support experience, 3 years of customer-facing IT support experience, and commercial experience with Azure. Experience with ConnectWise and a valid driver's license are also required.
In this role, you will be a key member of the IT Support team, working to provide high quality support to clients. The salary for this position is flexible, with an initial range of $80,000 to $100,000, and the opportunity for growth as the support team expands. Management positions may also become available as the team grows. The role also comes with a flexible PTO package, and full health care coverage.
While not required, tech certifications (such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA A+) and experience with networking and Sophos hardware are desired.
