Senior Mac Service Desk Analyst - 100% Remote - $60,000 - $70,000 (CAD) + Benefits - INTERVIEWING NOW!!!
I am currently working with a very exciting IT Managed service provider, based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada to assist them in finding a Senior Mac Service Desk analyst.
The successful candidate will be working within their already thriving helpdesk support team, with a focus on supporting their Mac and iOS devices, along with some general support as needed for their windows based clients also. The current service desk has 20 support technicians currently, and as this role is a senior position you will have assistance on the 1st tier support also.
The client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible, and has in place just a two stage remote, interview process that can be completed in 1 week!
The role is 100% remote with an initial salary bracket around $60,000 - $70,000 CAD, there is also a great benefits package with this, such as 80% cover on Healthcare+ , 3% match on RRSPs, and PTO reaching up to 4 weeks!
The role will require you to have commercial experience with the following:
- Previous MSP experience
- JAMF (Preferably JAMF Cloud)
- Mobile device management with iOS
