Role: Tier 3 Network Administrator
Location: South Denver, CO (Fully on-site)
Start date: ASAP, Interviewing Now!!!
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (Can be flexible)
We are seeking a Senior Network engineer to join an IT Managed Service Provider in South Denver, CO. This role will be based on-site at their modern offices , with some potential for travel to client sites. They are working with local and international businesses, so this is a great opportunity for someone who likes to travel, but is not required.
This client has an initial budget of $80,000 - $90,000 for the salary, but can be flexible for the perfect candidate. They also offer an end of year performance bonus up to 10%. The following technologies will be utilized during the position, and candidates are expected to have commercial experience with most of the following:
- Previous MSP or Customer facing support
- Extensive networking experience with TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, ICMP, BGP, OSPF
- Routing protocols such as BGP ad OSPF
- Deployment of Firewalls (Preferably Fortinet)
- Deployment of managed Switches
- Network Switch CLI Commands
- Strong understanding of DNS and related configuration to local networks and public DNS
- Email related DNS (DMARC)
- Experience with Fortinet hardware (Gate Switch and AP)
- Extensive experience with VLAN
- Upgrading and expanding networks
- VOIP and VOIP Network design
- Network Secure Protocols (SSL/TLS, SSH, IPSec/CPN, Ciphers)
- Network Architecture
- LAN Design
- SD-Wan
- Office 365
- Remote access through Citrix, RDS, VPN or others
- Tier 1,2,3 support
