Position: Service Desk Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Salary: $62,000 - $92,000 + Amazing Benefits

Job Duties:
- Office365 administration
- Creation of Audit Reports in Office365
- Tracking and escalation of incidents with the Service Desk
- PowerShell proficient
- Asset Management and CMDB Maintenance
- Hardware deployment as it pertains to onboarding
- Deskside support of user endpoints
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 5 years' experience managing Office365
- Experience supporting
