Our client, a manufacturing organization based just South of Boston, Massachusetts is looking to hire a Software Developer to join the team using C# and VB Script. The ideal candidate will be able to attend the office a couple of days each week, with plenty of remote flexibility as well as flexible working hours.

The role will see you programming alongside a senior programmer to ensure the efficient manufacturing of their product. You will be a result driven individual, taking pride in your work and for the right person a very easy going work life balance can be provided.

About you:

*Manufacturing experience is preferred (training can be provided)

*Programming skills and understanding of relational database design and techniques

*C# and VBScript programming

*A desire to combine programming skills with practical application, demonstrated by interacting with engineers and shop floor personnel daily

*Ability to work autonomously

Day to day responsibilities:

*Work with the Senior Programmer to analyze and develop software

*Testing and deploying programs and systems

*Fixing and improving existing software

*Maintaining systems
